WHAT TO EXPECT WITH US

Have your home tested for radon
Radon exposure has no symptoms that can be identified by a doctor, which means a radon test is the only way to make sure your home has a safe level of radon. Trusted Remediation can complete an initial radon test for $150 or we can use one you provide us from a home inspection company.
If the radon levels exceed 4 pCi/L - Trusted Remediation will provide a mitigation solution
If the radon levels exceed 4 pCi/L, the EPA recommended mitigation limit – Trusted Remediation will work with you to design a mitigation solution and provide you a quote.
Schedule your radon mitigation system installation
Trusted Remediation will work with you to find the best day and time for your radon mitigation system installation. Most systems can be installed in about 4 hours, however depending on complexity more time may be needed.
Post mitigation radon test
Trusted Remediation will set up a post-mitigation test as our quality control process to make sure levels have been safely mitigated to below EPA recommendations.
