Payment: Payment for services is due upon scheduling for us to reserve your appointment.
Cancelation: Please make sure to cancel your inspection at least 24 hours before the scheduled time out of courtesy. Same-day cancellations will receive a 50% refund. Once the inspector is on site the inspection can not be cancelled.
Rescheduling: Please make sure to reschedule your inspection at least 24 hours before the scheduled time out of courtesy. Tenant-occupied properties CANNOT be rescheduled as we coordinate them with the property manager and tenants.
Trip Fee: If for some reason we cannot enter the property usually due to a PM not posting a notice, losing keys or tenants changing locks, or utilities off we will access a trip fee not less than $125 but can be more due to property location if the client desires us to go back out to finish the inspection. This will be billed to the client prior to going back out. It is up to the client if they want to try and get reimbursed from the seller later.
