TPI was started by Reece Iovine who has been a licensed real estate agent since 2018 and a value-add real estate investor for even longer. Reece graduated from OSU in 2016 with a BS in electrical and computer engineering. While working in this career for 4 years he started acquiring rental properties.
These properties are all value-add deals that require either cosmetic renovations or full down-to-the-studs rehabs. This got Reece excited about construction, and at the same time, he realized just how much stuff is done incorrectly in homes. In 2020 Reece started TPI and left his engineering job in order to help home buyers and investors alike learn about their acquisitions and protect them from major issues that can ruin a real estate investment.
Over the next 4 years, Reece has grown the team to 4 full-time inspectors, 3 contractors, and 2 full-time assistants – together completing over 2,000 inspections and achieving a 5-star rating on Google.
