Our licensed property inspectors strictly follow, and even exceed, the Standards of Practice for home inspectors established by InterNACHI, the leading home inspection association.

Depending on your goals and level of involvement, our inspectors with either walk you through your property on site during the inspection, or as a part of all our inspections we include long format walk-through videos in case you are out of state or can’t make the inspection.

Our reports are published 24 hours after the end of the inspection. Why? Our reports are reviewed by a lead inspector as well as our in-house general contracting company, Trusted General Contracting, to help make sure no major issues are left out.

All of our findings will be detailed in our easy-to-read Spectora report, which will be delivered in HTML (web) and/or PDF format. From that report, you can see the items we discussed, with images for reference.

Finally, if you still have questions, our inspectors are available for a 20-minute consulting call on your property that you can schedule through the main office.

As a first time home buyer, the whole process can make you feel anxious and overwhelmed, but Lucas and Ryan made me feel so at ease. I know I had a lot of mundane and potentially stupid questions as a first time buyer, but they made sure I knew there are no stupid questions when it comes to purchasing a home. In addition to answering my questions, they were also giving me tips about how to go about reading the report and fixing the things they had found "wrong" in the house, which again, took a lot of stress off of my plate. The end report was very professional and detailed, my realtor was impressed as well. I'd highly recommend them to any potential homebuyers. Thank you TPI!

Lucas did our inspection and we could not be more pleased! VERY detail oriented..let us know what was most concerning and what was not such a big deal. Very thorough and we got our report back right away. Fair market pricing as well.

Lucas at TPI was able to share the differences between a flipped house with shortcuts and ones with care. very informative about the major and minor problems including in the separate garage. He tried his best to get to every area of the house but if it was not possible, he gave me instructions on signs to look in case of potential damages. His reason for doing this is also admirable, being given a weak inspection on his first and paying for it later, he doesn't wish for others to go through it too.

They have completed two inspections for me and have been so accommodating. They have been able to schedule appointments quickly and adjusted their schedules to accommodate my inspection deadlines.
